Terms of use

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App helps you record and track your personal and business finances yourself: accounts/wallets, transactions, budgets, debts, goals, investments, recurring payments, reports. The App does not connect to banks or e-wallets and does not make payments or transfer money on your behalf.

• You provide a valid email and are responsible for keeping your password, devices and sign-in methods secret.
• You should turn on two-factor authentication and link an additional backup sign-in method.
• If you discover unauthorised access to your account, change your password and report it immediately via info@sandmedia.vn.

• The data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy.
• When you record information about other people (for example borrowers/lenders in debts, account holders), you must have the legal right to store that information.
• You can export a backup in Settings, delete your account yourself at Settings › Danger zone › “Delete account” (immediate, cannot be undone) or request deletion via info@sandmedia.vn as described in the Privacy policy. You should back up regularly yourself.

You must not:

• Access or attempt to access other people’s accounts or data.
• Guess passwords, attack, overload or interfere with the operation of the App.
• Upload files containing malware or unlawful content.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

Figures, reports and analyses in the App are calculated from the data you enter and are for your reference only; they are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

• The App is provided as is. It may be suspended for maintenance or experience unexpected incidents; we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
• Changes made while offline are stored temporarily on your device and only written to the server once synced successfully.
• To the extent permitted by law, Sandmedia is not liable for damages arising from your reliance on figures in the App to make financial decisions.

• Administrators may suspend, lock or delete accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the App.
• You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings or request deletion via info@sandmedia.vn.

These Terms may be updated; new versions are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means you accept the update. Any questions: info@sandmedia.vn.
